Recently, QEH faced a critical situation involving a severely ill young patient who had overdosed, rapidly deteriorated, and became very unstable.
The patient's blood pressure was challenging to maintain due to the overdose, requiring exceptionally high doses of support to stabilise.
In such urgent scenarios, immediate access to precise guidelines is crucial. Historically, our team would rely on an outdated red bedside folder, filled with policies and guidelines.

Upon the patient's arrival, our team immediately utilized Clinibee to access the guidelines for high-dose insulin and methylene blue administration—both rare and unusual prescriptions in such cases. Here’s how Clinibee facilitated our response:
